The Pulaski County–Hawkinsville Development Authority (PCHDA) is a joint development authority serving both the City of Hawkinsville and Pulaski County. Established under the guidelines of O.C.G.A. 36-62-1, the Authority is charged with supporting and advancing economic development efforts throughout our community.
The PCHDA board meets quarterly and as needed for called meetings to review projects, discuss strategies, and take action on development opportunities. The Authority is responsible for setting and overseeing local economic development goals, approving projects and business incentives, and guiding efforts that strengthen our local economy.
From infrastructure planning to business recruitment and retention, our board plays an active role in shaping the economic future of Pulaski County and the City of Hawkinsville.
