City of Hawkinsville Request for Proposals (RFP) for Gas Main Replacement
INVITATION TO BID FOR GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT FOR HAWKINSVILLE, GA
Sealed Bids will be received at City Hall located at 56 Broad St. Hawkinsville GA 31036 until 1:00 PM Monday, July 22, 2024 for the following project:
For the furnishing of material, labor, tools, skill, equipment and incidentals for the replacement of: Approximately 25,660 feet of 2” PE gas main and associated services in various streets in Hawkinsville, GA.
Bid and Contract Documents are available electronically sent via email. Please email Jack Sapp at jrsapp@sappengineering.com for an electronic copy of the bid package and contract documents.
Bids received after the designated time will not be considered.
Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the above address for the City of Hawkinsville Natural Gas System Replacement and to the attention of Sara Myers, City Manager.
To be considered, the bid shall include the Utility Contractors License information.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for July 10, 2024 at 2:30 PM at the City of Hawkinsville City Hall.
