LOGIC AND ACCURACY TESTING
Pursuant to O.C.G.A 21-2-379.25; notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing on the voting equipment to be used in the May 21, 2024 General Primary/ Nonpartisan General/ Special Election for Advance in Person Voting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on April 18, 2024 until completed. The testing will be at the Pulaski County Courthouse Annex, 45 South Lumpkin Street, Hawkinsville, GA. The test procedure is open to the public.

Advanced voting for the General Primary/ Nonpartisan General/ Special Election will be held Monday April 29, 2024- Friday May 17, 2024 at the Pulaski County Courthouse Annex. Voting hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Saturday Voting will be held May 4, 2024 and May 11, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Applications for Absentee by Mail must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by 5:00 PM on May 10, 2024.
Election Day will be May 21, 2024 at the Pulaski County Courthouse Annex. Voting hours will be 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
NOTICE
Pursuant to SEB Rule 183-1-15-.04, a Risk Limiting Audit shall be conducted on March 20, 2024, for the Presidential Preference Primary Election. Please be advised that Pulaski County will hand-count ballots as part of this audit on the following dates, times, and location. The procedures shall be open to the public to observe.

Intent to Process or Tabulate Absentee Ballots
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-386(a)(3) and the State Election Board Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15, this is to notify the citizens of Pulaski County, GA that the Pulaski County Board of Elections and Registration will begin to Process or Tabulate absentee ballots cast in the Presidential Preference Primary on March 11 at 1:00 PM. The process will continue until completion on said date. Processing and Tabulation will take place in the Voter Registration Office at 45 S. Lumpkin Street Suite 113, Hawkinsville, GA.

Public Notice for Consolidation and Canvassing of Returns
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-492 notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the March 12 Presidential Preference Primary will take place in the Voter Registration Office at 45 S. Lumpkin Street Suite 113, Hawkinsville, GA beginning upon the closing of the polls on Election Day Tuesday March 12, 2024.

Presidential Preference Primary – March 12, 2024
Advanced voting for the Presidential Preference Primary will be held Monday February 19, 2024- Friday March 8, 2024 at the Pulaski County Courthouse Annex. Voting hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Saturday Voting will be held February 24, 2024 and March 2, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Applications for Absentee by Mail must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by 5:00 PM on March 1, 2024.
Election Day will be March 12, 2024 at the Pulaski County Courthouse Annex. Voting hours will be 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Call for Special Election
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 21-2-540, a special election shall be held in Pulaski County to fill the vacancy in the office of Pulaski County Board of Education District 2, caused by the resignation of the Honorable Greg Brown. The special election will be held on May 21, 2024.
Qualifying for the special election shall be held at the Board of Elections and Registration, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on March 4, 2024 and ending at noon on March 8, 2024. The qualifying fee shall be $90.00.
All persons who are not registered to vote and who desire to register to vote in the special election my register to vote through the close of business on April 22, 2024.
Early voting will be held April 29, 2024 through May 17, 2024. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
Should a runoff election be required, such runoff will be held on June 18, 2024.
