City of Hawkinsville Request for Proposals (RFP) for 2025 CDBG
Sealed Bids will be received at Hawkinsville City Hall Located at 56 Broad Street, Hawkinsville, GA 31036 until 11:00AM on Thursday, August 20, 2026 for the following project:
CITY OF HAWKINSVILLE 2025 CDBG
Water line improvements for areas located on Commerce Street, Commerce Court, Gordon Street, Jelks Street, Lovejoy Street, Massee Circle, N. Wood Street, Progress Avenue, and Second Street.

Bid Proposals will be accepted via hard copy (mail or hand delivery) at 56 Broad Street, Hawkinsville, GA 31036.
The City of Hawkinsville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. All potential bidders must be pre-qualified by GDOT
Public Hearing Notice – Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan Update
A public hearing for the Pulaski County Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan Update will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Pulaski County Annex Building at 45 S Lumpkin St, Hawkinsville, GA 31036. This hearing is to inform residents of the planning process and obtain input regarding the upcoming development and update process for the plan. Questions and comments concerning the Pulaski County Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan Update may be directed to Greg Boike with the Middle Georgia Regional Commission at (478) 751-6160.
Persons with special needs relating to disability access or foreign language should contact the Pulaski County Clerk at (478) 783-4154 prior to the meetings for necessary accommodations.
